We’ll set up a call or video chat to learn more about what you’re looking for and if we’re a match.

After our initial meeting, we’ll follow up in a week to check in with you and see if we’re a fit together! Your contract will be sent out to you; this will include all the logistics and information you need to know about how the process of booking will proceed. At this meeting, we will kindly ask that a 50% non-refundable retainer be made, so we can secure your big day and you will have full confidence in hiring our services to capture your big day!

We’ll connect 1-2 weeks in advance, right before your big day. At this meeting, we will go over final details. We’ll discuss the nitty gritty and fill out a timeline sheet to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible. And you’ll let us know the list of guests you want extra attention to on your big day.

After the months of planning, all the little details, getting your family and friends all together – it's time to celebrate! We’ll be there to capture every moment, big and small. so you'll have tangible memories that will last a lifetime!

After all is said and done, you’ll receive your photos in 3-4 weeks! (Sneak peaks provided)

While we are based out of San Francisco, CA, we are also available to travel.

Good to Know: Our pricing does not include travel fees. This takes the form of flights, rental cars, accommodations, multiple locations, etc. Once you book we can discuss additional fees that are due for your photoshoot. We take care of everything else! For sessions outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, travel fees also apply. The travel fee is waived if you book us in a location we are scheduled to be in. Consult with us for a free session. Skipping to the end, we’ll reach out 1-2 weeks before your special day to review the final run-through of the details.

You will receive your photo gallery via a downloadable link 3-4 weeks post photoshoot. Your personal link will be valid for 3 months and you will have the option to purchase prints, photobook(s) or frames.
Photo Rights: To safeguard our brand and maintain the integrity of our work, we do not provide raw photos to clients. Raw images are unedited and can misrepresent our artistic vision, potentially diluting the quality of our brand. By delivering only carefully curated final edits, we ensure that our photography reflects the high standards we uphold and protects the creative essence of our storytelling. This policy helps us maintain consistency and protects our intellectual property.
Photo Edits: To preserve the integrity of our brand and artistic vision, we kindly ask that clients refrain from editing our photos (ie: color adjustments, filters, presets, retouching, etc.). Our final images are carefully crafted to reflect our unique style and storytelling, and any alterations can misrepresent our work.
Printing Rights: A print release form including all details is sent to you with your contract. It details all conditions, including copyright and printing information.
